S.M Entertainment Regarding Super Junior
An Open Letter To S.M. Entertainment Regarding Super Junior,
No, your company didn’t expect them to succeed but guess what? THEY DID! Through everything, either outside forces no one had control over or the things you have and continue put them through they did it with smiles on their face even when we could see the tears in their eyes. They have become one of, if not the, front runner of your talent list and the so called “Hallyu wave” so why not show more respect to them and their fans? The fans that help in turn pay your pay checks as well? Obviously we should be at least grateful this “project group” Became a real working group and the few months they were given out of sympathy has became 6 wonderful, if not trying, years, with hopefully more to come.
Their song “Superman” isn’t a lie made of fancy boastful words. They are the best. They are everywhere and your most active group, even when not actively promoting, so why do you not give as much effort to them as they have given to you? I honestly don’t think your audience is asking for much here, better videos, and better promotion with a bit more class and quality?
They have proven themselves time and time again so now we wait for you. This is not about the beginning and just giving them a chance because you already made the contracts. This is about basic humanity and doing what is right. They have given you blood, sweat, tear and years of their lives. Now, as an outsider, I am asking you to do what is right and give them the respect they deserve.
You had contracts with 15 young men at one point, and while not all remain under the name of Super Junior, Super Junior M, or even your company, a basic human right is to be shown respect. So please, correct me if I’m wrong, why are they continuously pushed aside and not given that right?
